Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We require a credit card to have on file after the case of late cancellation or no-shows to ensure our stylists time as well. Less than 24-hour notice for ANY future appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved appointment amount. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment amount.

 The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, if we are able to fill your cancelled reservation with another appointment, that is equal to or greater than we will waive the cancellation fee.
